Gluten-Free Watch is a project about bringing awareness to the manufactured and corporate food options available to consumers. Eating out may pose an issue until the world changes or you find that “great gluten free restaurant”, but eating foods bought from the store shouldn’t be such a headache.
In large part this site was founded with the simple goal of raising awareness about companies like Starbucks and Trader Joe’s and the whole slew of companies that change their gluten policies or just plain cheat on their labeling. Manufacturing matters and wheat flour in a facility does carry so please be diligent about your research and don’t just take our word for it.
